SIX - SENSORY PRACTICE
Get started on your path to higher living by accepting the fact that you are indeed naturally intuitive, even if your sixth sense is not up and running to its full potential just yet. You can be a six sensory beginner and still advance if you believe that it is possible, but you cannot progress if you continue to argue with yourself about it. You must consider every feeling, thought, hit, hunch, aha!, bright ideas, and "I wonder...."you experience as important expressions of your sixth sense. They are the life lines of your vibes.
Think like a six sensory person. Are you comfortable with your vibes? Are you in the habit of accepting them (which is spiritual law)? Practice having a positive, matter-of-fact attitude toward your sixth sense, even if it does not feel natural yet. Pretend if you must- surprisingly this works. And deep in mind that it will get easier. You are just beginning to train your awareness to follow a higher way, so it won't necessarily feel like "you" immediately.
To get out of your own way and on to your vibes even quicker, take a sheet of paper and write down all your fears, negative beliefs, or attitudes as they arise, whether they are from your own experiences or you have inherited them from other people. What ancient notions roll around your brain and keep you from using your psychic genius? Keeping notes will make you aware of beliefs that you did not even know you had.
As you look at your list, ask yourself if you really believe the old rules, or if they are just old habits. Are you ready to take a risk and change your attitude? If the answer is yes, then do so. That is the first step. You do not have to be a walking billboard to live a higher way, so you don't get scared. Practice your newly adopted attitude. Be aware of the subtle, intricate interconnections we all share and appreciate them. Note the attitudes of those around you as well. How do others frame their intuitive and psychic experiences? Are they five or six sensory individuals? Understanding this distinction will make you far less defensive about your own vibes. If someone suggests that intuition or vibes are weird, how do you respond? Do you agree to avoid any unpleasantness, or do you speak up?
Every time you slip into old patterns just say "Oh Well", and get back on track. And every time you choose the new attitude, following spiritual law over fear and control , give yourself a big hand. You must become your greatest cheerleader on the adventure to six sensory living, start right now.
