PSYCHIC EXERCISE 3

This month exercise or do something physical every day for a t least 15 mins. Start with a short walk around the block and then build up to more rigorous efforts. During this time, simply enjoy yourself and allow your mind to relax. Notice how negative energy starts to drain out of your body, leaving you more relaxed. You can amplify this effect by releasing all anxiety and worry and restoring your health and vitality with every deep breath you take.
Observe how physical activity affects you intuition and awareness. Everything will appear more clear after you go for a walk than it will while you are sitting in your office all day. Doing something physical restores psychic clarity in ways you aren't even conscious of, so remember to expel accumulated energy through physical effort. In this way, your mind will stay clear, your aura will be cleansed, and your attention will remain sharp.
