PYSCHIC EXERCISE 6

The months exercise is about trusting your vibrations, and to do this you will have to learn to sense them. And to do this you must learn to quiet your mind. Your sixth sense is very subtle and noninvasive, and even though it is always present, its always present, its very discreet and dignified and will never interrupt or interfere with your internal chatter. It is not that your Higher self is reticent or shy; it is just that until you mentally shut up, you cant hear what it has to say. The best way to ensure a quiet mind is to meditate.
Therefore take 10 mins for quiet time each day or 20 if you can manage it. But there is no pressure on you for extra time. If you like meditate and it is not a struggle, then do it, for it really is the best way to tune in to your spirit and hear the voice of Divine Guidance. If traditional meditation does not work for you, put your thinking cap and brainstorm other ways to get a few moments of silence every day. Examine your life carefully to discover if there are any built-in opportunities already in place. Do you drive a lot for instance? If so, can you use this time for creating quiet? Plan your quiet time every day in advance instead of hoping to steal a moments here and there. Notice how much easier it is to hear your sixth sense when you have more quiet moments, and reflect on how much peace brings into your life.
